Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering required; MS preferred
- 7+ years of experience in HVAC mechanical systems or industrial product development
- Mission-critical or data center background strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of thermodynamics fluid mechanics HVAC design and hydronic systems
- Familiarity with prefabricated equipment modular or skid systems and DFM practices
- CAD proficiency in SolidWorks Revit AutoCAD or similar
- Working knowledge of electrical distribution controls and BAS/BMS systems highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in a remote fast-moving environment with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills for cross-team and vendor/customer engagement

Day to day
- Own mechanical application engineering for prefabricated power and cooling platforms, turning customer requirements into manufacturable solutions.
- Lead the selection and sizing of fans, coils, pumps, valves, and piping while producing calculation packages, datasheets, and submittals.
- Collaborate across supply chain, operations, sales, electrical, and controls teams to align design intent with vendor execution, testing, and delivery goals.
