Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering required; MS preferred
- 7+ years of experience in HVAC mechanical systems or industrial product development
- Strong knowledge of thermodynamics fluid mechanics HVAC design and hydronic systems
- Experience with prefabricated equipment modular or skid systems and DFM practices
- CAD proficiency in SolidWorks Revit AutoCAD or similar
- Working knowledge of electrical distribution controls and BAS/BMS systems highly desirable
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication skills for cross-team vendor and customer engagement

Day to day
- Lead mechanical application engineering for prefabricated power and cooling platforms used in data centers and other mission-critical environments.
- Translate customer needs and drawings into scalable, manufacturable solutions with clear BOMs, calculation packages, and design documentation.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain, operations, sales, controls, and vendors to align design intent with cost, schedule, quality, prototyping, and testing.
