- Significant project leadership experience through a full programme lifecycle
- Highly proficient in Catia V5 and Smarteam
- Strong planning and scheduling abilities across multiple design modules
- Effective communication skills defining expectations clearly
- Experience managing a team

Day to day
- Develop and expand the capabilities of SAFRAN Engineering Services in the UK
- Work mainly from home with occasional travel to Gloucester or Cwmbran offices
- Plan and coordinate all design activities to ensure on-time delivery
- Participate in MER and Technical Audits
- Develop tools processes and methods for project deadlines
- Report forecast status and update KPIs
- Support ITCM PDR and CDR when required
