Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with mechanical focus from an ABET-accredited program
- PE license in good standing
- 10+ years experience for Lead Mechanical Engineer roles
- 15+ years experience for Senior Mechanical Engineer roles
- Advanced experience in HVAC mechanical utility and piping system design and implementation
- Strong knowledge of mechanical plumbing fire protection and building codes
Nice to have
- Life sciences experience
- Food and beverage experience
- GMP manufacturing knowledge
- Cross-discipline coordination
- Strong field survey leadership
- Sustainable design background
Day to day
- Lead HVAC and mechanical utility system design across complex multidisciplinary projects
- Manage mechanical discipline scope budget and schedule through all project phases
- Serve as a technical leader mentor and coordinator across clients architects engineers and construction teams
