Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 7–15+ years of HVAC and mechanical design experience in MEP consulting
- Experience with mission-critical facilities or data centers preferred
- Professional Engineer license preferred
- Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems chilled water plants and cooling technologies
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Revit and design/calculation software
- Strong understanding of building codes energy codes and industry standards
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Understanding of the construction process from design through commissioning

Day to day
- Lead mechanical system design for hyperscale and enterprise data center projects from concept through construction and commissioning.
- Develop project scopes of work, engineering studies, feasibility assessments, and schematic designs for new and existing facilities.
- Analyze and optimize critical HVAC and cooling systems while coordinating with clients, contractors, architects, and multidisciplinary teams.
