Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
- 6-12+ years of HVAC design experience in an MEP consulting environment
- Working knowledge of IMC ASHRAE standards and energy codes
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit MEP
- Experience with load calculation and energy modeling software preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills in a remote work environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- PE license is a plus but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

- BIM coordination workflow familiarity
- LEED exposure

Day to day
- Design HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial institutional healthcare educational and light industrial projects
- Perform load calculations prepare construction documents and coordinate mechanical layouts with multidisciplinary teams
- Review shop drawings RFIs and submittals support construction administration and contribute to energy efficient sustainable design
