Requirements

  • 10+ years of HVAC design experience for commercial and institutional facilities
  • ABET-accredited degree in Architectural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred
  • Project management experience leading design teams
  • Ability to develop system design concepts and carry them through all phases of design
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
  • Proficiency in Revit preferred
  • PE licensure preferred

Day to day

  • Design and develop high-performing HVAC systems for commercial and institutional buildings.
  • Lead project teams through all phases of design including scheduling budgeting and cost estimation.
  • Collaborate with architects contractors and engineering disciplines while providing quality control mentoring staff and solving retrofit and upgrade challenges.
