Requirements
- 10+ years of HVAC design experience for commercial and institutional facilities
- ABET-accredited degree in Architectural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Project management experience leading design teams
- Experience developing system design concepts through all phases of design
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability

Day to day
- Design innovative HVAC systems for commercial and institutional buildings
- Lead project teams through all phases of design including scheduling budgeting and cost estimation
- Collaborate with architects contractors and engineering disciplines to deliver integrated mechanical solutions
- Mentor emerging engineers and provide quality control oversight across project delivery
- Analyze existing HVAC systems and recommend retrofit or upgrade solutions
