Remote Senior Mobile Engineer iOS Job in Culver City, CA Motorola Solutions

Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related discipline preferred
• 5+ years of experience building iOS native apps and/or cross-platform mobile apps
• Deep understanding of Swift and SwiftUI
• Experience with Android in Kotlin or Java is a plus
• Experience with video and webRTC is a plus
• Prefer experience with building and distributing mobile SDKs binary frameworks
• Prefer experience with Bluetooth and Location Services
• Prefer experience with React Native
• Prefer experience with log/data analysis pipelines IoT concepts and protocols MQTT backend services for mobile applications
• Familiarity with modern mobile and frontend build pipelines and tools
• 4+ years of experience building iOS or Android native apps and/or cross-platform mobile apps
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required; employer work permit sponsorship not available

• Develop features for and maintain user-facing and integrator-facing apps
• Develop partner-facing iOS SDK
• Mature video experience with webRTC on mobile
• Collaborate and communicate with other engineering team members
• Maintain stability security user experience and accessibility in the apps
• Improve build/test automation tooling dependencies and best practices
• Work with product and engineering team to guide overall system architecture and design
• Ensure operational needs are accounted for: deployment maintainability monitoring troubleshooting
• Prioritize efforts for each sprint with Product Management and leadership
• Contribute within our fast-paced environment and evolving product portfolio
• Ensure quality and reliability of the entire system in production
