Requirements
- Ability to identify and handle high-priority technical and business situations and develop appropriate action plans
- At least five years of experience in network hardware design with detailed knowledge of white boxes and their associated components
- Solid understanding of optics and pluggable optics
- Experience leading complex technical programs from initiation to client delivery and support
- Clear communication skills across various disciplines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Highly skilled at multitasking job duties and projects
- Ability to drive designs with full test automation
- Expertise in test methodologies, documentation, and test equipment
- Knowledge and experience with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple technical and business situations
Nice to have
- MSEE degree
- 7+ years of experience managing advanced technical projects
- Business proficiency in English
Day to day
- You'll work with internal teams and external partners to design and produce hardware SKUs for DriveNets' software.
- You'll develop specifications for hardware, ensuring system performance, quality, and reliability.
- You'll monitor and drive hardware partner developments in line with evolving network architectures, trends, and standards.
