Requirements
- MS or PhD in Physics Electrical Mechanical or Optical Engineering
- 5+ years of industry experience or equivalent
- Experience with different LiDAR topologies
- Understanding of embedded systems with FPGAs for signal processing
- Experience with integrated circuit packaging is a plus
- Experience in optical system design and testing preferred
- Experience with Zemax or equivalent optical design tool
- Experience with LiDAR systems

Day to day
- Work on disruptive optical MEMS product development with a focus on Optical Circuit Switch innovation and system design.
- Lead optical and electro-optical analysis using trade studies link budget analysis modeling simulation packages and validation methods.
- Define subsystem requirements solve technical bottlenecks and contribute creative R&D insights for architecture development and test execution.
