Who you are

  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Experience with Absence and Recruitment modules
  • 6-8 years' experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Experience translating business requirements into functional solutions
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Ability to document solutions clearly
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently
  • 5 years UK residency

Desirables

  • Knowledge of other HCM Cloud modules
  • E-Business Suite HRMS knowledge
  • ITIL process knowledge
  • Wider HR process experience
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications


What the job involves

  • Provide day to day application support for various clients.
  • Offer expert advice on Cloud processes and configuration options.
  • Provide functional leadership and guidance on software modules.
  • Assist in pre-sales activities via demos.
  • Train and coach colleagues.

Application process

  • Hybrid role with occasional travel to a hub office so you MUST be commutable
  • Must have the legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom
