Who you are

  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM – Payroll
  • Configuration skills in Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows and calculation cards
  • Experience conducting design workshops and documenting solutions
  • Experience creating and developing sales bid responses and pre-sales preparation and demos
  • Familiarity with OTBI Reporting knowledge/SQL Knowledge
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM – Absence Management OR Benefits OR Compensation Workbench (Desirable)

  • Lead and oversee pre-sales activities, offering expert advice regarding Cloud processes, procedures, configuration options, and roadmaps.
