• Previous experience in increasing new customer acquisition
• Good experience working with Paid Media platforms such as Facebook Manager
• TikTok & Pinterest would be beneficial
• High proficiency in Excel and manipulating data from multiple sources
• Previous experience in the Beauty/Cosmetics industry (desirable)

What the job involves

• Delivering best-in-class Paid Social campaigns to grow new customer acquisition
• Creating, implementing, and testing campaigns with a high attention to detail across Facebook and other platforms
• Supporting the team to drive a ‘test and learn’ approach across all paid media ad copy and creative
• Regularly reporting on paid media performance to stakeholders in the business
• Actively contributing to weekly and monthly meetings whilst keeping abreast of industry news and updates
• Complete internal audits across your accounts & continually evolve
• Oversee the end-to-end Implementation including set-up, management, analytics, tracking, reporting of Paid Social accounts
• Build & maintain project plans outlining all key tasks for your accounts
• Continually review & suggest changes to tactics based on current performance and impact on campaign goals & KPIs
