- Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager LinkedIn Ads with advanced proficiency in campaign setup optimization and tracking
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data draw actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio Tableau or Power BI preferred
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement in paid media campaigns
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities with a collaborative and supportive approach to team management and development
- Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications preferred
