Requirements
- Hands-on experience running campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads with account ownership
- Ability to build campaigns from scratch including structure targeting copy QA bid strategy and launch
- Strong understanding of paid media KPIs including CPM CPC CTR CPL CPA ROAS and conversion rate
- Ability to read account data and identify what is working what is not and what needs to change
- Understanding of when a problem is performance related versus creative related
- Proactive approach with the ability to spot issues early and keep work moving
- Comfortable using AI to work faster and improve output quality
- Detail-oriented and organised with strong account hygiene and naming conventions
- Clear communicator able to share campaign updates with clients and the internal team
- Availability for core hours and regular video syncs across UK and UAE time zones
