• Minimum of 5 years managing Paid Social accounts for a B2B brand
• Expert with Paid Social platforms including Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Quora Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads with performance-based goals
• Data-driven with experience setting up dashboards and using analytics tools
• Responsible for lead generation and revenue impact
• Active relationship builder with internal and external teams
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Managed Paid Social in-house for an HR or FinTech B2B SAAS company
• Worked on localization of ads, country-specific targeting/goals
• Worked at a very fast-growing startup/scaleup
• Successfully worked in a remote & distributed team
• Fluent in other languages besides English

What the job involves

• Manage Paid Social campaigns for NAM and EMEA across various platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Quora, Twitter, and TikTok
• Work with Team Lead, Paid Social, Director of Performance Marketing, and other managers to optimize Paid Social efforts
• Ensure campaigns fit local market languages and nuances, and work with regional sales leaders for ongoing feedback
• Perform daily platform management and monitor paid social performance to identify trends for optimization
• Test and iterate campaign structures, bidding, ad creative, budgets for growth and expansion
• Collaborate with Copywriting, Design teams for new ads and A/B tests
• Work cross-functionally with growth, product, data, and local marketing teams to ensure success
• Educate Growth team on latest paid social trends and insights for enhancing performance
• Manage relationships with Paid Social vendors
