Who you are

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
• 5+ years of paralegal experience, with in-house experience as a plus.
• Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Capability to conduct legal and regulatory research and provide general legal support.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.

What the job involves

• Play a pivotal role in vendor contract administration using Redlaw, our CLM tool powered by Onit.
• Partner with counsel, internal business, and sales teams to draft, review, redline, negotiate, route for signature, and administer vendor and client contracts.
• Use technology, including AI tools, to maximise efficiency and support digital advertising businesses.
