Who you are

• Proven management and implementation of paid marketing campaigns across a wide scope of channels particularly Meta and Google
• Comfortable with data analysis and effectively communicating insights
• Understanding the importance of creative and messaging in driving the paid channel performance
• Ability to work proactively and manage multiple channels simultaneously
• Understanding of wider marketing from SEO to CRM and how it influences your day to day
• Ability to confidently manage upwards through to c-suite level
• A desire to learn challenge and progress with the support of COAT

What the job involves

• Managing and implementing paid marketing campaigns across a range of channels including Meta and Google
• Reporting into the Head of Growth and working closely with the founders
• Defining and delivering media campaigns across all paid search and paid social platforms
• Analysing reporting and outlining campaign actions
• Briefing in content and giving insights to the creative team to help push creative performance across channels
• Effective management of budgets against business objectives
• Being proactive in pushing the channels forward with a test and learn mentality
