- Experience working with an Agile Pod team
- 4+ years in a pharmaceutical advertising agency setting
- Experience with HCP pharmaceutical deliverables
- Experience with oncology and rare disease therapeutics
- Multichannel marketing experience preferred
- Expertise in copywriting and content creation for digital assets
- Ability to work remotely in a collaborative agency
- Client-focused attitude and tech-savviness
- Familiarity with MLR
- Previous experience utilizing Figma preferred
