Requirements

  • 7+ years of Estimating experience in tenant improvement projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam or equivalent software and Microsoft Suite including Excel.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% and work remotely.

Nice to have

  • Located in Phoenix, Chicago, Maryland, Cincinnati
  • Branded hotel estimating experience
  • 2+ years of People Management experience

Day to day

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Drive regular meetings with new and existing clients.
  • Compile initial budgets and rough order of magnitudes (ROM) for projects.
