- 7+ years of Estimating experience in tenant improvement projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in Bluebeam or equivalent software and Microsoft Suite including Excel.
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work remotely.

- Located in Phoenix, Chicago, Maryland, Cincinnati
- Branded hotel estimating experience
- 2+ years of People Management experience

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Drive regular meetings with new and existing clients.
- Compile initial budgets and rough order of magnitudes (ROM) for projects.
