Requirements
- Associate degree plus five years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
- Proven experience with network routing, switching, wireless, and firewalls
- Current high-level industry-recognized certifications such as CCNP/Specialization, Meraki CMNO, Juniper JNCIP/JNCIE, Palo Alto PCNSE, or Fortinet NSE 4/7 preferred
- Valid Driver's License with proof of personal insurance and clean driving record
- Solid understanding of presales technologies and network infrastructure solution offerings
- Proficiency with MS Office, Visio, MS Project, and related business tools
- Superior communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong teamwork, initiative, time management, flexibility, and continuous learning mindset

Day to day
- Provide expert pre-sales and post-sales support for network infrastructure solutions, including product demonstrations, design guidance, and client consultations.
- Design, scope, and document solution proposals for routing, switching, wireless, firewall, and SD-WAN engagements with clear deliverables and assumptions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives and internal teams to strengthen opportunities, support RFP responses, run proof-of-concepts, and maintain demo environments.
