Who you are

  • 5+ years in support, software services, and/or system administration
  • Deep understanding of operating systems (Linux, OS X, Windows)
  • Understanding of networks, proxies, load balancers, LDAP, Active Directory, SSL
  • Understanding of application server technologies (Tomcat, Apache, WebSphere, JBoss)
  • Experience with SQL databases
  • Experience in critical issue handling
  • Technology driven
  • Jira experience is a plus
  • Experience analyzing thread and heap dumps
  • Experience with enterprise customers
  • Must be open to occasional weekends
  • Must be able to work 9:00AM - 6:00PM PDT/PST



What the job involves

  • Provide consistent quality support experience
  • Perform triage, root cause analysis, debugging across Atlassian products
  • Lead customer-facing calls for progress updates, action plans, and resolution details
