Requirements
- 5+ years of systems engineering spacecraft engineering mission engineering or related aerospace experience
- Experience with complex multidisciplinary technical systems
- Strong understanding of spacecraft subsystems mission architecture and system-level integration
- Experience developing requirements interface control documents verification strategies and technical reviews
- Ability to analyse complex engineering problems and communicate solutions across teams
- Experience supporting spacecraft development integration testing or operations
- 8–10+ years of aerospace systems engineering experience preferred
- Experience owning major spacecraft or mission-level technical areas
- Proven ability to lead technical decisions and influence cross-functional teams
- Experience with system architecture AI&T verification campaigns and mission readiness activities
- Ability to mentor engineers and establish scalable engineering processes
- Must be eligible to support U.S. export-controlled programs and may require U.S. Person status or security clearance

Day to day
- You will act as a technical integrator across multidisciplinary engineering teams to shape spacecraft and mission systems.
- You will drive the full mission lifecycle from early architecture and requirements development through integration testing launch preparation and on-orbit operations.
- Depending on experience you may own mission architectures lead technical areas mentor engineers and influence the direction of advanced space platforms.
