Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in product analytics data science business intelligence or a related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases
- Experience with a scripting language such as Python or R is a plus
- Demonstrated experience designing running and evaluating A/B tests
- Hands-on experience with modern product analytics and BI tools
- Familiarity with research methods including survey design and NPS analysis
- Working knowledge of AI ML tools and analytics workflows
- Entrepreneurial resourceful and comfortable operating with ambiguity

Day to day
- Own experimentation and test analytics across the product experience, designing and evaluating A/B and multivariate tests to improve funnels and launch new features.
- Build and maintain core product and business dashboards that automate reporting and give teams a trusted self-serve view of product and customer metrics.
- Lead product analytics tooling and instrumentation while creating a unified customer 360 view and turning quantitative and qualitative signals into actionable product insights.
