Requirements
- Extensive experience in an analytical role dealing with large volumes of data
- Excellent experience working with databases and strong SQL knowledge for complex queries and analyses
- Strong experience with product optimization or growth work such as A/B testing funnel optimization conversion analysis or events monitoring
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with product managers engineers UX designers and data engineers
- Proven experience in providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI Looker Tableau QlikView or similar
- A higher degree in statistics mathematics or another technical field
- Proficiency in spoken and written English

Day to day
- Analyze millions of transactions and data points to uncover meaningful patterns and opportunities
- Define and track core product metrics that measure adoption health and market performance
