You’ll serve as a key driver of craft, helping elevate Growth Practices and design quality for your team and within the Commerce Hub.You’ll have a “seat at the table” from Day 1. About Your Opportunity

The Commerce platform enables HubSpot users to easily and effectively transact with their clients and customers, using a variety of tools and payment processors connected to work they are already doing in HubSpot. Product teams in Commerce Hub drive value quickly across several high-impact product areas and tools, leveraging product-led growth methodology. Teams work to deliver seamless experiences from sales through billing, taking payments, invoices and subscriptions, etc.

Responsibilities

Drive discovery, framing, alignment, and quality for our Commerce experience both within your team and across other Commerce teams.Co-create a shared vision, strategy, and prioritized long-term roadmap for the future of Commerce tools in partnership with product management and engineering peersWork with our Principal User Researcher to understand our customers through quantitative and qualitative research to build use cases, customer journeys, content strategies, prototypes, interaction patterns, and visual designsPlay an active part in growing HubSpot’s UX team and cultureUplevel the end to end customer journey thoughtful execution and collaboration with other areas of the business.
