What the job involves

• Drive alignment & set goals for the future of the AI Components product area in partnership with product management and engineering peers
• Build components, patterns and frameworks that are specific to the AI product line and used across the entire HubSpot product
• Offer technical solutions to problems while creating cohesive visual designs and interaction flows
• Think systematically and be able to decompose something highly complex
• Comfort navigating ambiguous spaces where change is inevitable and the work gets done quickly
