What the job involves

• Work autonomously in a cross-functional, agile product team
• Deliver creative solutions with an emphasis on a great user experience whilst also balancing customer needs, company goals, design cohesion and ease of implementation
• Proactively gather and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to inform your design decisions
• Take ownership of the end-to-end user journey
• Encompassing all aspects of the design life cycle you will be comfortable with customer research ideation prototyping usability testing through to the final interface design
• Constant optimization of the user experience
• Contribute to the design system
