What the job involves

• Lead and manage production and delivery of designs for technical assets products and stories
• Set quality and efficiency standards for design practices
• Create estimated schedules and product roadmaps ensuring timely and quality project delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop highly usable and delightful technical assets and demos
• Drive innovation and maintain a customer-centric design approach
• Develop best-in-class design systems visual designs user interface designs and user experiences
• Partner with stakeholders to align assets and solutions while communicating compelling stories and experiences
• Shape standards of quality and consistency for demos in Microsoft Innovation HUB
• Enhance functionality and user experiences for portfolio's technical assets and products
