Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science Nutrition Chemistry Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
- 5+ years in nutraceutical dietary supplement or functional food product development
- Experience managing formulas and technical documentation
- Strong knowledge of FDA dietary supplement regulations and labeling requirements
- Experience creating Supplement Facts and Nutrition Facts panels
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and raw material suppliers
- Formulation expertise across capsules tablets powders liquids and other delivery systems
- Proficiency with formulation software and nutrient calculation tools
- Understanding of ingredient functionality stability and bioavailability
- Knowledge of cGMP quality systems and regulatory frameworks

Day to day
- Support the development of new formulas and product improvements from concept through commercialization
