What the job involves
Lead a cross-functional team to develop and deliver a strategy for helping more customers access and build credit through Flex, focusing on key metrics such as total Flex users, monthly engagement, and depth of spend and loss coverage
Define product strategy for the next phase of growth for key segments, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and market opportunities to differentiate and grow
Work collaboratively with design, engineering, research, data science, compliance, and other departments to refine and execute the plan effectively
Balance long-term growth initiatives with short-term growth and revenue targets
Shape the broader product strategy by providing insights from work done
