Who you are

• Strong technical understanding, with an ability to grasp technical concepts & establish credibility with engineers
• Experience defining features in the enterprise B2B software space
• Proven track-record of delivering outstanding results for customers & business, managing significant complexity and bold timelines
• Demonstrated experience defining and executing product roadmap for technical areas, using analytics/data to measure progress toward goals and make investment choices
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and strong partnership with diverse engineering stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, with comfort presenting to customers, internal audiences, and senior executives
• 5+ years of job experience, in relevant product, technical, and/or business roles
• Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical field

Desirables

• Experience building productivity tools, or admin-facing platform experiences.
• Experience with UX-focused development.
• Experience in envisioning and executing large-scale platform changes.
• Appreciation for designing products for users with varying tech expertise.
• Product management experience in cloud infrastructure and hardware+software stacks.
• MBA, or graduate degree in a technical field.

What the job involves

• Set vision and deliver roadmap for platform settings, tags, and attributes, activity logs, and license management capabilities
• Ensure features are scalable, performant, and secure
• Meet with customers to generate insights and partner with various teams to build features and products
