Remote Senior Product Manager, People Product Job in United States Zillow

Who you are

• 5+ years as a Product Manager in an Agile development environment
• 2-4 years of experience in product development using ServiceNow
• 1-2 years experience in JIRA or an equivalent platform
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams
• Experience in end-to-end project management and technical implementation
• Experience with SaaS applications and 3rd party vendor relationships
• Experience with Workday is a plus
• Excellent decision-making skills and guiding prioritization of work

What the job involves

• Drive end-to-end product execution and vision for Zillow’s enterprise solutions
• Lead changes and recommendations to improve the digital workplace
• Find opportunities and improvements to ServiceNow and JIRA platforms
• Partner on additional Enterprise Platforms like Unily, Slack, and Glean
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and company strategy
• Provide product consultancy and recommendations to business partners
