Who you are

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product operations role
• Solid experience working with Compliance, FinCrime, or in a highly regulated field
• Solid analytical skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and driving product enhancements
• Strong multitasking skills
• Problem-focused and solutions-oriented mindset
• General technical knowledge of software development processes and systems
• Proficiency with BI tools and excellent presentation skills
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, product-driven tech company and payroll is a huge advantage

What the job involves

• Play a crucial role in establishing strong connections between our product and user-facing teams
• Lead the development of new features, improve existing features, and shape the product processes from scratch
• Engage with our users, gain invaluable insights and integrate those in our product
• Collaborate closely with support, sales, and success teams ensuring a seamless feedback loop
• Drive major company launches and global rollouts, ensuring successful product deployments
