Hands on experience building and scaling credit card products or other credit products from scratch
Experience in managing people (Product Owners Engineering Operations and Design)
An eye for great UX/UI and impeccable understanding of design best practices
High analytical acumen along with solid business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisation
Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision and owning the narrative with leadership customers and partners
Bias towards action and bootstrapping major projects rolling up your sleeves and being hands-on
A readiness to provide insight and deliver measurable results under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment

Setting the vision for the credit card products in the respective market understanding how it connects to Revolut’s goals
Building credit card products with world-class customer experiences and understanding the full credit lifecycle of a customer
Establishing your team's goals success metrics and roadmap to align with Revolut’s mission and drive maximum impact based on data analysis market research and company strategy
Working closely with Design and UX Research to define the customer journey and create an amazing user experience
Liaising with Engineering to ensure effective delivery of the product
Collaborating with other stakeholders such as Product Marketing Legal and Product Strategy
