Requirements
- Knowledge of Operating Systems, databases, and relational algebra
- Expertise in networking models, JDBC, and .NET environments
- Experience in software development with various languages
- Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Proficiency in SQL queries and scripting
- Ability to design and implement solutions in a production environment
- Experience in disaster recovery planning, security systems, and authentication
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Understanding of analytic tools and ETL/Data Integration solutions
Day to day
- Provide highest quality post-sales consulting and support to customers in mission-critical settings
- Independently solve complex analytical problems related to production issues
- Design and implement solutions using Actian products to meet customer needs
- Create and maintain documentation for support, site visits, bug reports, and more
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams on project planning and management
- Stay updated on Actian products, industry tools, and best practices
- Deliver technical presentations for various audiences
- Participate in the On-Call rotation for support during off-hours
