- Provide post-sales consulting and support for Actian products.
- Solve complex analytical problems related to production issues.
- Design and implement solutions to support customer goals using Actian products.
- Maintain and create documentation required for client support and technical activities.
- Participate in project planning management and execute design processes.
- Stay current with Actian products and industry tools and best practices.
- Create and deliver presentations for diverse audiences.
- Participate in on-call rotations for support during non-business hours.
