Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Strong parametric 3D CAD skills with CATIA preferred
- Experience in Part Design Assembly Design Sheetmetal Drawings Surfacing and Knowledgeware
- 8+ years of product development experience
- Understanding of GD&T methodology and 2D drafting principles
- Experience using PLM systems such as ENOVIA Windchill SmartTeam or Teamcenter
- General knowledge of manufacturing processes such as injection molding casting and sheetmetal
- Knowledge of CAD and PLM industry trends including AI

Day to day
- Support and mentor CATIA users in Valley City to create new products efficiently using CATIA and 3Dx PLM
- Host and document CAD planning meetings with project team members and deliver PLM/CAD communications to the Outdoor community
- Create modify and review reusable 2D and 3D CAD assets models and documentation while providing training support and process feedback
