Requirements
- Degree in Engineering Engineering Technology Industrial/Manufacturing Technology Physics or related field
- 8+ years relevant experience in product testing certification or engineering
- Strong knowledge of PPE MED CE marking or related conformity standards
- Proven experience managing complex technical projects independently
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance processes
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide client-focused solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with international clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to travel as part of project work

Day to day
- Independently manage certification projects from scoping through completion, balancing cost timeline and technical requirements
- Lead client interactions with expert guidance on compliance testing and certification processes
- Develop and coordinate test programs conduct or witness tests and produce technical reports and certification documentation
- Oversee laboratory activities identify non-compliance issues and provide practical corrective actions while mentoring engineers and laboratory staff
