Requirements
- Access to 10+ acres for daily drone operations
- FAA Part 107 Certificate required or obtainable upon hiring
- 4+ years in QA or quality engineering for hardware or mobile products
- Hardware QA experience validating end-to-end device behavior
- Strong coding or scripting skills in Python TypeScript JavaScript or similar
- Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools such as Qase and Jira
- Clear communication for concise bug tickets standups and coordination
- AI tooling experience used for test setup maintenance analysis and bug triage
- Experience testing mobile apps on Android or iOS with frameworks like Appium Espresso or Detox
- Familiarity with robotics geospatial or autonomous systems
- CI/CD pipeline experience with GitHub Actions CircleCI or Jenkins
- API and integration testing experience
- Experience with drone flight systems RTK or PPK workflows or embedded firmware

Day to day
- Own the quality bar for aerial capture releases and ensure high-risk workflows are validated before customers see them
- Fly drones daily for regression acceptance and ad hoc validation while building a disciplined field-first test program
- Define test plans lead QA coordination manage regression suites and surface release metrics that help Product and Engineering ship with confidence
