Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on test automation, mobile testing, and API testing
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring QA teams
• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG)
• Experience with Java, Python, Javascript or equivalent coding language
• Strong understanding of mobile testing techniques and tools for iOS and Android platforms
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger, SoapUI, etc)
• Proficient in using JIRA for defect tracking and project management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in agile/scrum environments
• Experience with performance testing and security testing
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments and services
• Experience working at a startup is preferred
