Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of software testing or QA experience including 2+ years in a lead role
- Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies such as Agile Scrum or Kanban
- Experience designing and executing test strategies for functional integration system and UAT testing
- Hands-on experience with test case management tools such as Zephyr TestRail Azure DevOps Jira or similar
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira Azure DevOps or similar
- Ability to coordinate testing across cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience validating complex data migrations and ensuring data accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end QA strategy across systems applications and integrations to ensure reliable high-quality delivery.
- Design document and execute test plans test cases and test suites covering functional integration data validation automation and UAT.
- Partner with stakeholders engineers and vendors to identify risks track defects improve testing practices and drive timely resolution.
