Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant science such as health economics econometrics economics pharmacy epidemiology statistics or medical sciences
- Experience in HEOR with hands-on model development experience preferred including cost-effectiveness and budget impact models
- Familiarity with health economic modelling reimbursement dossiers and health technology assessment submissions advantageous
- Intellectual curiosity independence and the ability to self-start and self-teach
- Experience with VBA R RMarkdown Shiny or STAN or equivalent MCMC software advantageous
- Full proficiency in MS Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex methods clearly to team members and clients
- Proactive responsive and able to balance shifting priorities
- Team player who can also work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Day to day
- Design and build health economic models such as cost-effectiveness and budget impact models from scratch and by adapting existing frameworks
- Conduct detailed data analyses including survival analysis meta-analysis and trial data analysis to support robust model development
- Prepare project reports analysis plans and other deliverables while proactively managing timelines scope changes and client expectations
