What the job involves

• Lead and conduct innovative research in machine learning focusing on developing and improving models algorithms and systems for object segmentation and classification and physics discovery
• Collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer Chief Science Officer and product team to design implement and evaluate new AI technologies and applications
• Develop and optimize large-scale data pipelines and training infrastructure to support AI research and deployment
• Analyze and interpret real-world industrial datasets drawing insights to inform research directions and project outcomes
• Mentor and guide junior research engineers and interns fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment
• Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals contributing to the broader AI research community
