Who you are
2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably presales engineering or consulting in security solutions
5+ years supporting or designing enterprise IT systems, preferably security-focused
Extensive technical experience in Networking, Security, Identity Management, Cloud Services, and Windows/Linux/Mac
Ability to articulate business applications and value of Arctic Wolf technology from technical to executive levels
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, time management skills
Strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

What the job involves
Work alongside an account executive to design and demonstrate business value to customers
Evangelize and educate businesses on Arctic Wolf's CyberSOC solutions
Create environments where prospects become customers and customers become evangelists
Conduct technical presentations and demos
Help customers understand their requirements and how Arctic Wolf products address them
Own the technical architecture design for sales qualifications
