Who you are

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably presales engineering or consulting in security solutions
  • 5+ years supporting or designing enterprise IT systems, preferably security-focused
  • Extensive technical experience in Networking, Security, Identity Management, Cloud Services, and Windows/Linux/Mac
  • Ability to articulate business applications and value of Arctic Wolf technology from technical to executive levels
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, time management skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Own the problem AND the solution attitude

What the job involves

  • Work alongside an account executive to design and demonstrate business value to customers
  • Evangelize and educate businesses on Arctic Wolf's CyberSOC solutions
  • Create environments where prospects become customers and customers become evangelists
  • Conduct technical presentations and demos
  • Help customers understand their requirements and how Arctic Wolf products address them
  • Own the technical architecture design for sales qualifications
