- Experience with Logs Metrics IT Operations and Security
- Background in Sales Engineering Professional Services or Support
- Proficient with multiple operating systems especially Linux
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and Regex
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%)
- Based in the United Kingdom with fluent English speaking and writing skills

- Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
- Demonstrate the product and answer customer questions during initial sales calls
- Support customers during proof of concept sessions
- Assist with customer support inquiries
- Guide customers through the rollout of Cribl post-sale into production
- Create and document interesting use cases through blog posts and product documentation
