Day to day
- Collaborate with selling teams to support customers in implementing Digital.ai solutions
- Develop deployment plans to shorten customer time to value and achieve objectives
- Document service proposals in Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Provide input on customer needs to develop service offerings aligned to market segments
- Act as an evangelist for Digital.ai Products and Services
