Who you are

  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or similar technical discipline
  • Have at least six years of relevant professional work experience in the power industry
  • Possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and risk management skills
  • Experience with CRM and engineering tools, energy storage, solar, or power generation projects
  • Knowledge of local standards, codes, and regulations
  • Passionate, entrepreneurial, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluent in English

What the job involves

  • Lead and manage the Sales Engineering team in setting and achieving subregional goals, escalating issues, and driving continuous improvement
  • Proactively report status to team and regional management
  • Ensure execution of subregional offers on schedule and budget
  • Develop future subregion strategy with counterparts from sales, delivery, and services
  • Travel internationally throughout EMEA
  • Be a role model, find solutions in a dynamic environment, demonstrate responsibility, and foster a constructive working environment
