Who you are

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling to HR or L&D teams, with a history of exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and qualification criteria
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive sales initiatives forward
  • Highly self-driven with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative
  • Positive Attitude

What the job involves

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach
  • Deliver clear, engaging and persuasive presentations
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sales metrics and KPIs
  • Conduct effective discovery meetings to understand, assess, and qualify customers' needs, challenges, and goals
  • Work closely with other areas of the business to deliver value and create experiences that delight our customers
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
